Heavy Duty Manufacturing for Commercial Vehicle Platforms

Centracore brings more than 23 years of machining, assembly, and prototyping expertise to heavy truck, diesel engine, and commercial vehicle OEMs. With operations in St. Clair, Michigan and Querétaro, Mexico, our proximity to major commercial vehicle hubs across the U.S. Midwest and the Bajío region of Mexico enables shorter logistics pipelines, improved responsiveness, and cost-optimized manufacturing.

Our precision machining and assembly capabilities include aluminum, iron, and steel castings, forgings, and extrusions (supporting the production of products for Suspension, Driveline, Powertrain, and Structural applications).

As OEMs increasingly target weight reduction to enhance fuel efficiency and payload capacity, Centracore delivers lightweight solutions through thin walled, heat treated iron castings, aluminum forgings, specialty alloys and sand cast, permanent mold, and aluminum highpressure die castings.

This flexibility across lightweight aluminum and ferrous materials gives customers a manufacturing partner with deep process insight and application specific engineering value.

Both facilities maintain top commercial vehiclegrade certifications, including IATF 16949 and ISO 14001, supporting OEM requirements for traceability, process control, environmental stewardship, and zerodefect expectations.

Commercial vehicle programs often span decades and can range from lowvolume aftermarket service parts to midvolume specialty builds and highvolume production for major platforms. Centracore adapts to these lifecycle demands, scaling output from 100 to 1.5 million parts annually.
